It depends if DCS, but I think its allowed. Remember, looking professional can pay off in the long run.

It may be dcs it's a new position delivering appliances to stores. Ups drivers wear shorts and they look ok.
Raiderfanatic Thanks this. -
I don't work for jb, so I am not the best source. But when I pulled steel and everything else except a tanker, I wore shorts. Not basketball or baggy shorts but cargo or more professional types.

As long as its tastefull I don't see why not.UPS,Fedex and postmen wears shorts.
Raiderfanatic Thanks this. -
depends on the account, But I have never seen an account where you couldn't. some accounts might have color issues though...

i thought it was a guy asking, till she said daisy dukes (i still hope its not a guy wearing daisy dukes)
but, go ahead and wear daisy dukes, you can never be sure if mr right is around the corner (peeking)ewill71 Thanks this. -
Idk but i can find out for you tomorrow when i get to home depot.

I can't speak for the DCS accounts, but yes you can wear shorts. However, there are some shippers that require long pants to be worn, like food suppliers; they usually have signs posted. So keep a pair of long pants in the truck for such occasions.

Yes I'm a man and the reason I brought up daisy duke's is I was sitting at a flying J in NE md last summer taking my 30 min and a guy was in the fuel Isle wearing real short daisy duke's with white socks that went almost up to his knees. I think I recorded if it's still on my phone I will try to post it. Can anyone tell me when jb post the expected income for a job is it realistic ? Schneider likes to use the phrase " up to " $ xx k a year but that's the number you max out at over time so if jb says expected earnings of $ 56 k on a job listing is it realistic? Thanks
