    Can any jb hunt drivers tell me what the summer temperature has to be before you can idle your trucks ? Thanks

    if I have to sleep in my truck I idle when I am uncomfortable.. nothing worse than a tired driver driving a truck

    Policy?? Wasn't aware that there was 1. I'm sure they would be happy if I didn't ever idle the truck but I've never be told by anyone important that there is a policy. To echo ewill I idle when im uncomfortable.

    When I got my Prostar out of my last Bservice, they updated the computer to limit idling. I believe the foreman said it will shut off after 10 minutes if the temperature is from 20 to 80 F. I am not a 100% on the upper temperature though.

    I drive a 2011 Cascadia and it will not idle past 5 minutes however the shop foremen at Penske showed me if you set the cruise on and hold down the accelerate button below it for a few seconds it will high idle that's what they do when there working on them.
