Looks like cams are coming

    You don't get it. The camera is not there for you, only to protect the company. Drivers do not matter, money and liability matter.
    The company will filp on a driver for a nickle in a hot minute.

    You better worry about it they will hang you with it, it is always your fault, even when you follow their direction.
    It does not matter which company, there all the same some just candy coat it a bit better.

    If it ever got to the point whether a camera would determine whether or not I got fired from a company, I think more than likely, I would've been fired even without the camera. The camera is just added proof on their side.

    No one's saying the camera is there to protect the driver. It's the company's camera in the company's truck, of course they are looking out for their interest. Likewise, if for whatever reason they pull the images and see the driver driving in a reckless manner, they'll probably fire the driver or discipline him at the least.

    With all the pats on the back and all the atta boys they give, it is a fine line we deal with the company. But that is the nature of our industry. You can be the best driver for umpteen years, do something stupid and it's all for naught. It reminds me of a joke,

    you think what you want, But that camera also does protect the driver.... But haters will always hate.
