Jb hunt dcs newburgh puts 25 trucks OOS post nj state trooper accident i17

The real fat kid on a cupcake is JB Hunt.

I pulled a couple of their trailers and they are poorly maintained pieces of kr@p.

If ever there was a company that deserves to be put out of it's misery, it the cheerful mob at JB ####.

 

I like working for JB Hunt. I'm a local driver at there Harrisburg Intermodal facility. Don't know about there DCS side but intermodal life is pretty good.

 

If you don't like the account why are you still on it? If you don't like JB Hunt period then why do you still work for them? This isn't the first time you posted negatively about working for JB Hunt so it does make one wonder why do you still work at a job you hate? The first time I noticed you posting negatively about them was over 4 months ago. It's not like you couldn't have found another job between now and then if you don't like working for them that much. I get complaining about things you don't like about it but saying you don't want this to turn into a bit$$fest yet complaining on here off and on for months about JB Hunt seems like you enjoy the occassional bit$$fest about JB Hunt.

I do feel bad for the family of the state trooper who died and I'm embarrased that it was a JB Hunt driver that killed him. You can't blame DOT for being on that DCS heavily for that.

 

But Bill Graves from the ATA said JB Hunt is one of the shining examples of safety in the trucking industry.

 

JB Hunts has one of the top safety ratings.... This definitely dampers that a little bit. It sucks to see a loss of life and Being that I work for JB It hits me a bit. But I have never had any issues with the company or equipment, When I did have issues wit equipment I stayed on them and got it fixed or another truck. But every account and area are different.... As far as the trucks Getting violations are they writing these trucks up, I have seen some drivers that never do. If the shops don't know they cant fix sometimes.

 

JB's safety ratings suck, but when you have thousands of trucks, you can hide all the crap.

 

I will stand by what I said, their safety rating is amongst the tops. you can imagine all you want.
