Not No To Jb Hunt, Hell No!!!

JB Hunt has made it their corporate practice to add language to the "work record" section of a driver's USIS-DAC report that basically stops the driver from future work. JB Hunt uses phrases like "company policy violation" to accomplish this goal. I suggest that all drivers avoid work with JB Hunt. JB Hunt is a "bad-player". When I asked JB Hunt safety personnel why they would enter such language into a USIS-DAC report, they said "because we can." Do not sign on with JB Hunt, you risk your career work as a company driver if JB Hunt wants to stop you from future work. I know this from personal experience.

That's what DAC is all about, B

B, that's what DAC is all about, man. It's not about safety. I've been saying this since day one. DAC is about controlling drivers. I posted something here about a "big quit day", a day in which drivers would quit these sh*it companies en-masse. This is only a fantasy. It will never work because DAC is there. That is why DAC IS there--to keep drivers from doing something like this "big quit" thing. If drivers started quitting these companies, those companies would then start screwing with those drivers' DAC reports to ensure they were either "off the market" (meaning their means to earn income would be affected) or were forced to come crawling back to the offending companies.

DAC really does need to be abolished. DAC is one reason I don't wanna get back into driving.

One other thing--one of these days, a company like J.B. Hunt is going to screw with the wrong driver. I'm surprised this hasn't happened already, but when they DO screw with this guy, we'll hear about the carnage on CNN shortly after.

Yeah I drive a Swift truck
And that means one thing
It means she's slow
It's a typical company truck
It's just all show and no go

I'm gettin' passed by Yella
And even Overnite
I'm gettin' passed by ever' body in sight
46 days on the road
And I'm not gettin' home tonight

No, my hometown's nowhere in sight
And if you think I'm pissed off
You're right
46 days on the road
And I'm not gettin' home tonight

Love pissing off those trucking company insiders.

Tip, Big Quit Thing?!?!?! Sounds like another Bawl-Baby "You need me more than I need you" thing.

You're telling me that all, if i remember right, 14,000 Drivers for JB Hunt are going to abandon the truck wherever because they're supposedly "Not being catered to" Gimme a break. If you're going to make it as a Company driver, gotta work with the dispatcher or else they're gonna shove #### down your throats all day. Know why? because big companies don't have the time of day to listen to your whining. Get with the program, or get out. It's just like some of the idiots i graduated CDL training with. "I just got out of driving school, and I want a job where I can be home every night!" I'd suggest them to apply at their local pizza place.

Thumbs down The Big Five

The big five:

1. J.B. Hunt
2. England
3. Swift
4. Crete
5. Celedon

And the other big ones are the ones pushing the speed limiters, black boxes and the Mexican Truck Progam, they want the speed limiters so they can limit their competion and they want the Mexican Truck Program to hire more illegals.....These big companies need to mind their own buisness and quit trying to ruin everyone else's careers, we already have enough rules and regulations without these new headaches...That's just my two sense...
