Question,,
If I hire into JBS Midwest region will I just be in this region or will I go south and west? -
You will probably go all over the place to be honest. They try to keep you in the region, but sometimes they need loads that go out of that region covered. There is a lot of freight in that region so you probably won't find yourself out of it too much.

Does JBS cover Lumpers?
-
Of course.

Glad to hear you passed!! Welcome aboard. If you have had any workmans comp claims, surgeries, gaps in employment. Be sure to bring all that info with you. We run KW t700's I believe that's what you will be trained in. Not sure if its a 9 speed or 10 speed. We also run 387 Pete's. I was just in your neck of the woods. Picked up a load in Lebannon, In, Heading to Clarksville, AR. Have a safe flight and I'm sure I'll see you around.
BigRigJoe Thanks this. -
i dont have any of those except the gaps of employment, but i already filled out forms and signed them from the recruiter...
kw's are nice but would love the Pete! at least theyre both paccar
What are you hauling out of Lebannon? Im about 20 minutes from there, maybe theres hope for home time after all??!!
be safe on your run man! And thanks for the info and encouragement, looking forward to meeting ya eventually.
I hate flying so thats going to be tough one to stomach but its only a couple hrs though. -
Hauled some frozen cakes out of US Cold storage. Pretty light load. Only problem was the appointment time at wal mart stunk. Didn't deliver till 8:45 Friday night. Currently waiting on a driver to swap out with and take his load to Norcross,Georgia. I'm back quiet till next time.

Well I have been on home time for a few days and my last 3 weeks out I got 2500 or more miles each week and decent checks so I cant complain. I have talked to a few drivers that were complaining about there pay and miles but a couple of them were on the same fleet as me so I think it might be just a disgruntle driver. Not much new going on except Q or Christina quit a couple months back and I heard Melissa is getting a otr fleet starting next week. I am sure a lot of drivers want to be on that fleet. The new trucks sound pretty good except the auto part, I don't like that at all but with me being in a t700 I probably wont have to deal with that.
