My wife and I both drive for Jct as a team and we love it. Team driving is little different but I believe most of the single drivers you talk to at jct would say the same. We also live in Florida and are home twice a week, but it is a team run from Ca. I think most single drivers stay for the most part out west, but they should be able to get you home. Jct does not babysit drivers so make sure you know what you are doing before you come and get into a lease. They don't pay for orientation which a think is a deterent for people who are not necessarily financially responsible. If you mind your business and do what your supposed to do (deliver on time!) You will probably get more miles then you can handle. However if you turd around they will probably weed you out quickly and starve you till you quit. All that aside they pay excellent and are good people to work for. I think some minimum requirements are 1 year otr, and 2 or three tcks.No dui's I believe. Call the girls in recruting they are really nice and can probably work out all the details for you. Oh yeah, orientation is in Sapulpa,Ok(Tulsa) and is about a week long.

???? There is no health insurance. You are an owner operator. They have a couple of companies that they recommend though.

It just varies from person to person. Depends on your health history. JCT does not pay any of it or have any kind of discount.

I appreciate that, With the way things are today I cant imaging not having health insurance, I've always had it either self supplied or through my employer.
Some employers do have discounts available some dont, just questions I have to ask, always have to keep my families health in mind.

I know what you mean. We started an excellent health plan, that is totally different from the norm. If you know who Dave Ramsey is check out his site or radio show and you will find this insurance plan. It is kind of like a savings account. Sorry if I sound vague but forum rules dont allow web site endorsing and such.
