Same reason FREIGHTLINER still made the Century , Columbia and Cascadia overlapping the introduction of each new model buyers are leery of NEW unproven MODELS so not to lose out on a sale they offer the old proven models for a period of time same with the T660 T680 and the T800 and T880
Any T680 Owners? Would love some feedback.

I would choose a T660 over a T680. I thought the T660 was phased out of current production and only available as a glider kit anymore? It will probably be available only as a glider for as long as gliders are not regulated out of existence. What is so bad about a T660? They (T600) were the original aero truck. Well known and proven to get good economy.

There is still new T660s available http://www.truckpaper.com/listingsdetail/detail.aspx?OHID=4883481 this 1 is like the last 3 I bought in 2013 even same color
rollin coal Thanks this. -
The reason I would choose one right now would be the glider option. If I were buying brand new truck with SCR/DPF then I might go with the newer 680 I dunno guess it'd depend on test drives. I'm looking at using my current truck for a donor and putting a 660 glider together right now. It's not something I wanted to do at this point in time but the more I look at it the more it makes sense. Been told roughly $95K give or take using my truck as a donor I'm thinking I MIGHT avoid the FET. Darn sure going to try avoiding it.

The 680 looks good, only now every Big Company drive this truck like the cascadia

Booth of my hood shocks lost the oil a couple months apart. The part is on national back order. Probably because so "rarely " goes wrong.
The right front turn signal has a contact problem. The wireing built into the headlight. What a morons! I might have to change the whole thing because of it. Seriously. They are out of their mind. -
In a weird way T680 look nice, I just hope Kw dont stop making it like they did with the T700
