Ok just tossing this out there Does anyone know where to get a good cheap refrigerator for the 680? that will fit in the space provided. I don't really want to spend the 600 + to get one from truckfrige.com. any Ideas would be GREAT thanks guys and Gals.

Spend the money, you'll be better off! The truck fridge comes with a 2 year warranty, fits your truck, and best has a feature that cuts the fridge off before running you battery down to where it won't start!
They are built to last! What you get at wall mart cheap will probably be a thermo electric unit that will not get as cold as you want!

I am considering getting a TF-49 to replace this OEM fridge in my Columbia. Mine died right at a year, but FL ties the warranty to the chassis 1y/100,000 mile warranty, and it was over 100K miles, so they said tough. Dealer did have one setting in the back that came out of another truck and gave it to me for free, but it died after 3 weeks. So, that leaves me looking at the TF-49 from Truckfridge, gotruckstop, or wherever. Sure hope it holds up better than the Dometic factory stuff.

Well I did get the TF49 and I love it works great. For the t680 owners out there I could not find the factory wiring harness on the truck and the switch is tied into the cig lighter in the spot, so I cut it off and hard wired it and works great.

Hey man I'm looking to get a t680 how does it run mpg wise and what's it's empty weight. For a cheap fridge pick up a Coleman one from a truck stop for a hundred dollars its a big one, portable, and runs great I used to have one

Have the T680 for a few months now, love it but the Coleman fridge slides in door up and needs a bungee so it won't slide out when you corner :/ I'm gonna look at the TF49, been sitting in a WalMart parking lot all day and the Coleman is about 80 degrees and my yogurts are exploding...

You get what you pay for, spend the money and purchase a Fridge made for use in a Truck, stay away from Thermoelectric Coolers, like the Coleman, it's a Cooler, not a Fridge.

Thanx and yeah, great point. Any idea where I might track down the nice unit KW shows in their promo brochure? I searched for an hour or more finding little of any use except this forum. Found web shops for the TF49 but was hoping to compare it with the OEM version. KW seems to have incredibly poor web resources?? Been using the Coleman for the three yrs I've been OTR, it is ok for three seasons but yeah, as a cooler/
