Thanks for all the help, I've already replaced water pump, fan sensor a few months back. The gauge will never go above 200- 205°. That's when buzzer goes off. I guess I'll start with thermostat or thermostats.I've eliminated the most expensive with w-pump and that fan sensor was about 400 bucks.when the truck was bought new/ used with almost a million miles on her. The fan was straight wired and ran all the time killing about 70hp KW said when they fixed that. I've had bigger problems than the overheating problem since I posted posted that's why it took me so long to reply, again thanks for all the input....

There are lots of things that can cause the problem that you are describing. Weak water pump no! They work or they do not work. Leak yes.
The first thing that a good tech will do is check for exhaust in the coolant system. Indicating leaking head gasket. Exhaust in the cooling system builds pressure to blow hoses radiator leaks etc,. Hope that you find your problem without just swapping parts.

Let us know what you find....

I think you have high pressure in coolant system, it can be from leaking head gasket or cracked head.
