And you've done what to diagnose it, exactly? Check your fuses first. If you don't have a test light, get one. They're easy enough to find at truck stops, auto parts stores, Wal Mart, etc.... . Test the fuses, test the element itself, then unscrew that and test the connectors which connect to the back of the element. If the plug itself tests out fine, it might simply be too loose and worn (like those lizards you let into your truck). You can buy replacement ones pretty cheap... NAPA, Auto Zone, O'Reilly, Advanced Auto Parts, Wal Mart, etc... They simply screw in and unscrew out.
