2000 Kenworth... what?
Typically, it's a pretty easy task... you remove the lower trim panel, there'll be a small snap ring at the end of the cylinder... you remove that, then a larger flange between the cylinder and the door itself which you simply push and slide over. Key cylinder comes right out, new one goes right in. Just did one today on a T660, actually. -

Good deal. Didn't take very long, did it? It's more the same if you want to do it with your side box doors, to get them all keyed the same (if you have a sidebox tumbler the same size as the ignition key... some models used a smaller key).
