The whole purpose of a low voltage shutdown is to leave you enough juice to start the truck. Start the truck and let it run a little. Then your lights should work. If not you have other problems like a fuse.

yes, my dome lights and sleeper lights/outlets stopped working when i had a problem with the Low Voltage Disconnect system.. I bypassed it then a few days later found a broken ground at the batteries that turned out to be the original culprit..removed bypass....i have a freightliner so not sure anything is similar but in my fuse panel on dash is 4 posts with large red wires going to them...if you put a test light to these 1 will not have power, this one was powered by the low volt disconnect, run a jumper from one of the other 3 `hot` posts and you should be golden.....
