I have a 2007 t340 with a px8 engine. I am having problems with the temp gauge. It was working fine had a clutch job done on it.. and a full PM. Picked it up and no temp gauge. It has coolant in the system. Checked the gauge It has 12v going to it with the key on. Other side goes to the temp sensor. I have been looking all over the engine cant find the sensor. I find it strange this happed after a clutch job... wonder if a ground wire got crushed or not hooked back up.. Please help!!!
Location of temp sensor would be a blessing....

Also have a problem with the dash breaking up... any know issues with the plastic used on the 2007 t340?

Coolant temp sensor is located in the thermostat housing. The dashes on many of the older kenworths would break the tabs off that would hold the dash panels tight. Haven't seen it much on the newer ones.
