96 kw w900 engine fan help

    Engine fan suddenly stopped working, where is fan fuse/relay ?

    It should be located in your Fuse Box.

    Start with the fuse box-is the air line good,belt? Mine froze up last month & broke the belt. Had to replace the whole assembly.

    Can you turn the fan with your hand while the engine is off?

    Belt and air line good - fuse good also.

    On the front of the Engine, (if you have a Horton Fan Clutch) there should be a Switch the Airline goes into and comes out of before it goes to the Fan. Did you check that yet?

    That's exactly what was wrong with mine. There's a hole in the fan and another in the clutch line them up and put a 9/16 bolt in it. It will run all the time but that's better than none at all, until you can get to a shop.
