A few of the blades got broke in a minor accident, so I'm headed to KW to get a new engine fan. I'm hoping, while I'm gone, someone can chime in and let me know what's involved in replacing just the fan. Does the radiator need to come out or be moved forward? Does the shroud need to come out with the fan? Does the hub need to come out? Also, aside from why the blades came in contact with the shroud, is there anything else I should look out for while I'm replacing the fan?
Thank you!

Make sure the fan was this issue and not motor mounts. Good possibility Radiator may have to lean forward for removal and installation.

I thought that the radiator might need to move forward. The motor mounts are new just a couple thousand miles ago. The truck is still in getting aligned, so I'll hopefully be able to figure it out when it gets back to my yard.

Just remoye the bolts going from fan into fan, hub, unbolt shroud it will lift up enough to slip fan out, ck, shroud for damage, if fan hit RAD. look for damage at strut rods on top of RAD. that let it move back?

I most times just unhook fan hub put fan belt on it and lift it straight out the top. After that it's easy than a guy can give is rad area a good check over to

After fan is unbolted and pushed forward than lift hub out lol
