Can I run with this?

    With the bushing that bad you should have caught it on your pre trip inspection and got it fixed way before it got that bad. Truck repair shops all over the place.

    It wouldnt hurt to check your driveline components out really good with the torque arm bushings being that worn out

    Hopefully the arm will not have to be replaced, yet if you run it too long like that it might wear to much or even break, them the cost of the repair goes ever higher. Hope that all goes well at the shop tomorrow morning.

    if you have to run it to get somewhere to fix it just take a piece of rubber mudflap and wrap around the pin that goes through the arm it will keep it from beating it into an egg shape. it isn't a permanent fix but will work for a very short duration.
