Does a 2011 Kenworth T660 with the DPF system have a muffler?

Also is it possible to make the tailpipe into the traditional ones that go into the sky pointing towards the roof of the trailer?

The DPF takes the place of the muffler and yes you can install stacks instead of having a pipe dumping down to the ground.

Gotta watch your lenth of pipe and amount of turns. Some DPF systems are very sensitive to additional back pressure if not designed for it. If you do convert from grass burner to upright....be sure you dont use any more pipe then you have to and only make one bend.
