96 kw w900l fuse/electrical help.,bunk lighter plugs

    Can anyone tell me Where the fuses would be or other suggestions. All 3 lighter plugs in the sleeper are dead. I see the fuse box and there are only 4 normal fuses in it along with a bunch of black relays. Not sure the actual location and i don't have a diagram

    Not sure on a kw,on my fld it's behind the socket.

    I didn't even think of that. I figured it would be in the fuse panel. Will have to check that in the morning

    I have a Western Star and there is a metal box with a cover on it and fuses inside under the bunk

    Well there isn't fuses on the back of the plugs, no fuses boxes in the rear anywhere. So I'm guessing i will have to pull each of the big black fuses out of the fuse box and test each one

    I'm stumped because all the fuses are good. I might say screw it and pull all 3 out, cap the wires and run wires directly from the batteries too new ones with a switch and fuses

    There has to be another fuse box. I would start searching for the manual on your truck

    The owners manual i have says the fuse panel is next to the steering column. I might have to get ahold of kenworth
