I was wondering if anyone has found any of the winter front for these trucks or anyone know the best way to make one that would work for these trucks.

Have you check with a KW Dealer/Shop? I made one for my husbands FLD, and apparently it was so cool, someone stole it.

Check manufacturer recommendations. Most of the newer trucks don't need them. I have a 2012 T-700 ISX15. I have plenty of heat without a winter front. And temp stays at 185*. With the new emissions a winter front can actually cause problems.

I politely disagreed with salesman about his stating a winter front wasn't needed ... He brought me to the head mechanic who stated that t680 owners using a winter front are seeing more engine derates due to high intake temperatures ... I'm still on the fence but have noticed in minus 20 my temps are still up in normal range .. Only issue seems a bit longer warmup time .. At 1000 rpm it holds 200 no problem so far the few times I idle
