2001 W900 the sleeper heater isn't working and no power getting to actuator valve. Any ideas where a fuse might be or another cure for this problem?

Under my hood I have 2 valves. One for the cab and one for the sleeper. Not sure if you have the same but are they both open?

I drive a 2000 w900. I have 4 valves under the hood. All on. My heat in the sleeper comes and goes. Works one day. Blows cold the next. Any suggestions on what the problem might be?
