Belt alignment issue 96 w900l

If I am not mistaken there is a bracket that is known for breaking that causes this. You may need to remove the a/c compressor or alt. to see the crack.

 

Too many chicken lights. The poor alternator is overloaded and abused.

Ofcourse after 6 months the lights are showing some wear. So most of my customers prefer to just get new lights. But all the experimentation is already done by me.
