1995 KW W900L S60 12.7 pushing out coolant. 215k on rebuild. No oil in coolant. No coolant in oil. No fuel in oil. No fuel in coolant. Tested negative for combustion gases in radiator. Builds pressure in radiator 16/17 lbs. I pressure tested radiator at 17 lbs and it held for 5 minutes. Replaced air compressor within last two months thinking it was pushing air-was bad (pushing oil) so needed a swap anyway. Brought truck to Detroit, they ran all the same tests, shop foreman just called and said it may be air control valve under bunk leaking air into system...hasn't torn into that yet (and honestly I'd prefer they didn't, don't like people in my bunk aside from my woman) but suggested I find out if in fact it is air controlled.
Anyone have a diagram showing that system schematics? Or have that problem?

Well never mind gang: KW said there's no air control in my unit for that system. Had Detroit pull airline off compressor and drain all air out of system. Still built up pressure quickly off comes the head.

Best of luck with that.....

head gasket when mine was pushing out coolant. good luck.

Head gasket was getting pushed by a slight flake off the inside of the head adjacent to the number 5 cylinder. Getting the head resurfaced now.
