Does anyone know of a good way to keep the exhaust from squeaking on an 01 w900. Looks like a bad design from my perspective and I'm a peterbilt guy so I don't know if there's an easy fix for this or not. Seems I'm buying new bolts and brackets every few months and in no time at all its back to making noise even at idle. We bought it with 8" straight pipes so it's not a factory setup but the brackets and bushings on the cab pull up with the vin so I feel that part is factory.
It's bolted solid to the frame and has a bolt and sleeve with bushings on the cab for the air ride. I'm thinking of changing it to a peterbilt setup and bolt it solid to the cab with flex pipe underneath.

I know it has been 5 days since this post, but if you buy the new bushings that are neoprene they wont squeak any more. get the new stainless steel sleeves also the old ones wont fit unless you drill the new bushings out which I don't advise doing.
