Hello
I'm found a t660 that I plan to buy but it doesn't have sofa which I prefer but has the bed .
Has anyone converted from bed to sofa ? And can you tell me what's involved to convert?
Thanks

I have done 3 Studio sleepers the other way - back to a 42 inch bed. I didn't like the couch. Each time I got a bed/sleeper and used all the factory parts assembled with a huck gun and sold the couches. Not much help I know......

Anyone wanting to trade bed for sofa ? -
Sorry about twisting this thread around, but yeah converting to a bed was a lot of work since I was trying to keep it all 'factory'. Since then I have seen one done where they used 3/4 plywood (upright walls and bed base) and hinged it towards the back. Much easier to access the heater/ac that way. I would go that route if I were to do another one.
