09 kenworth with C13 having dpf issues

    Red engine light flashing derated the engine so I took it to the dealer they cleaned the dpf filter and ran a regen then 20 minutes after I drive out of the dealer the regen light with the yellow check engine light turns on again.

    Why would it ask for a regen so soon what could be wrong with it.

    has the DPF filter been baked? needs to be done by 300k and iirc replaced at 5-600k
