Looking at KLLM

Hubby and I are looking at KLLM for team driving. Am wondering what the hiring process is like....driving test, physical, etc. Do you have to do the strength tests like at Schneider, etc?

Recruitor said all expenses paid to Salt Lake City. Pay doesn't sound too bad.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

team training @KLLM

Hi, no lifting test # KLLM. You will be made to train with different trainer than hubby. If your experienced, you may not need to go to training. Their health ins. is not the best in the industry. Company seems to be good for team drivers.

Umm, why SLC? KLLM doesn't have a terminal in SLC. Unless they built one within the last year and a half.

Dont think So, they're still trying to sell Dallas/Seagoville yard and I heard about a possible future yard in the Oklahoma area or somewhere off I-40.

That's what I thought. Unless she's talking about a CDL school recruiter in SLC, she might be confusing KLLM with CREngland and I really hope that's not the case.

Hubby and I were thinking of teaming with Covenant Transport but really think I like the looks of KLLM. Does anyone know if I can train with hubby? He has one year experience and I am fresh out of school (CDL on July 7). Everything I have read about this company sounds awesome!!

All feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Being trained by your hubby wouldn't be impossible, but unless he's already been at KLLM for that year you will have to wait until he's driven for them that long. I was a trainer with PAM and looked into being one with KLLM. They told me not to bother until I'd been there for one year.
