Hi all, I thought that i would tell my story of the KLLM Lease Purchase as it goes. I started orientation on the 7th of this month. The 1st two days is spent in general classes. On the third you start the L/P orientation. It is fast paced and alot of information is gone over. The contract is really straitght forward and no suprises so far. The company is great and they really try to set you up for success. Tomarrow is the last day and we find out when we get dispactched. I will keep you up to date as I hit the road. Any advice is welcome. Take care and watch your 6.

Im at KLLM L/P its up and down and all over the place, I don't have anything negative to say , but ive decided to go with another company good luck and I suggest you go company, if you go L/P just live in the truck and you will eventually make money. Also on those youtube videos dude each truck drivers experience is different don't pay attention to those.
RACEFAN Thanks this. -
Good luck to you Im also at KLLM and paying 515 a week on truck payment. That's just too much
100 insurance, .11 cent escrow and other fees.
I'm leaving KLLM next month because you have to drive alot of miles just to get a good check.
3200-3500 miles a week so you shouldn't have to drive too many miles to get $1300-1400 and plus if anybody thinks they are getting 3500 miles a week is insane hell I think 3000 miles is too much drive.kee1227 and desperado75 Thank this. -
I agree but I never got good miles as I say its very random..
-
I thought kllm paid % so why are you guys chasing miles?
-
.88 cent loaded & empty
.30 fuel surcharge as of 02/23/15
.11 cent escrow account until fill up at 10,000
.01 cent fuel tax on loaded miles only
500 or more on new trucks (they don't have alot used trucks)
35.62 occ. Insurance
93.23 phy. Damage insurance
7.52 bobtail insurance
19.00 Qualcomm fee(with no gps navigation)
This just too much money and you have to drive 3200 miles a week.
You take about two days off and you will have little to no pay for that week.
Its seems that 3200-3500 miles a week only benefits O/O not L/P.
Im sorry but I won't recommend anybody to this company just because they want to run you 3500 a week which to me seem like too much driving.
Please somebody correct me if wrong but I don't think so.N9VYK, desperado75, driverdriver and 1 other person Thank this.
