Hairball....I am not saying that ALL of their trainers are bad by any means. What I AM saying is that the way the program is constructed for L/P trainers greatly increases the risk for poor training techniques and abuse of trainees.
I am glad you had a great trainer! And I hope that you will make his name known to all of the appropriate people at KLLM. All too often one hears tons about the poor trainers and not nearly enough about the really good ones. I, also, had a great trainer when I started with KLLM. I don't think he is there any longer unfortunately. That was back before the L/P program was accelerated...so he was a company driver. I still have his number and talk to him from time to time as well.
