Maverick has a good program.
Schneider Bulk(tankers) might pay for CDL school. Ask a Schneider recruiter. You will make good money in tankers your whole career. Hazmat/tanker drivers make $60K-$100K per year.
Swift also has excellent training. If you go with Swift, get all the tanker/hazmat endorsements in case you decide to leave later; you will be prepared to go with tankers.Last edited: Feb 4, 2015

Yep a lot of my "joes" went w cr England. They liked the fact that they didn't have to pay. But it was a lot of waiting around and they didn't feel they got a good training. Like 10hrs behind the wheel.

I would think Prime or Maverick. Both are outstanding companies. I have heard alot of negatives on CR England and Western Express.
FordJN Thanks this. -
All big companies suck, but they're the only ones that will hire new drivers.Pick one, keep your mouth shut,do your job right for 2 years, and then you can get a job anywhere,at almost double the pay the big company paid you. This formula is void if you get mad and change companies 3 times during those 2 years.
