KLLM questions

I'm hoping to drive for KLLM sometime in early April. I live in Sacramento and right now the only think I can't find is where I would go to orientation? Does fontana do orientation or would I have to go all the way to MS?

You'd go down to Fontana for orientation. You are within 100 miles of the drop yard in Lathrop, so probably you would not be able to bring your truck home.

Really? That's a major downfall for me... Do you know if that's the case usually? Driving 100 miles each way for me wouldn't work out good. I think I may have to give KLLM a call this week.

Call them, I know that we were told 100 miles, and we are 108 from Lathrop so it worked out. Their yard in Lathrop is just a drop yard; chain link fence with a porta potty and a guard out front. To get down to Fontana, it was a Greyhound bus ticket.

Freightliners for the trucks. I will have to get back to you about orientation since I am not the driver. The hotel for orientation was much better than the hotel he stayed in the first night after getting off the Greyhound bus, that much I do remember.
