KLLM Info needed for new driver

I'm starting school soon & doing mt homework to see what company will fit me. So far KLLM is # 1 on my list. I would like to here from current or past KLLM drivers, is this a good company for a new driver from California? Also what kind of miles can a new driver expect to average per week?, what kind of shape are the trucks in that new drivers get?, what kind of home time do drivers on the west cost get?, that's all i can think of right now, thank you in advance.
