thats ok jason, your doing it right though, your researching all the common cariers ahead of time like you should asking pointed questions , and getting honest answers, unfortunately these are some of the bad times for the industry, hang in their , just go to work for whos left standing. good luck.

How about Shneider. They may be a good company. Anyone thought about them? Has anyone heard some great things about them? Just curious. I too have been doing research after research after research. How about stevens or prime. Are they a good company?

I would go for schneider before I would Prime. I have worked for Prime and please dont hold that against me.lol. I currently work for SNI and I like it. I run team get good miles and get treated with respect which is more than I can say about some of the other companies I have worked for.

i called shneider and the recruiter said for me to call after I graduate my class and then we can talk more about being hired. How long is their training with a trainer on the road? He told me 7 days. I think that is way too short. I was not too sure about that. What do you guys think and does their trucks have air conditioning? I know they have no apus. thanks again.

I work for SNI. You will go to a terminal(called OC..operating center) for a 7 day class then you will go out with a trainer for 7 to 10 days. Yes all the trucks have A/C.We even have power steering and a radio..lol

I miss the old KLLM. I was there 8 years 6 as a REAL O/O and 2 as company driver. I left cuz they cut my miles back to 700 a week trying to force me to lease purchase. Good Luck y'all
