It's not any worse than the truck idling next to you. The refer doesn't bother me at all, whether on continuous or cycle mode.

Listening to the company "stats" man again?

Better do some in depth real time checking....Knight is ranked #3 in debt load to profit...who is #1, of course Swift!...and who is #2, Interstate!

Gordon...now there is one company that IS annual debt free...every company has debt...just need to see how they "spin the numbers" for their stockholders!

My words aren't nearly offensive as what Knight thinks of you. Comparing Knight to Arrow is a long shot. Just because Arrow closed shop right before Christmas leaving drivers stranded doesn't make Knight any better. While your fighting a losing battle about Knight you should be scouring your pay stubs to see what they "forgot" to pay you for.

Knight won't leave you stranded 500 miles from home, they'll just keep you from home when you start calling them out on their stupid antics of getting what they can while your still employed by them. Companies that advertise for drivers are a waste of your time. Why are they advertising? Why not retain current employees?

Man, I'm reading alot of bad things from you guys regarding Knight. I have been considering going to KR. We've all had bad experiences working at certain companies in our lives. Seriously, is Knight really that bad? And if so, why are they so much worse than so many other companies?

I wanted to get home by Wednesday,I pulled in my driveway Wednesday night the 6th of April. i went out on the 26th of Feb. paid miles were 14,207.actual was close to 14,950 with 3 resets.I've gotten home everytime I wanted since i started here 14 months ago. I do my job and they don't bug me.I've been paid for everything owed me and I always check to see if they've missed something. If I leave this company it'll be for a local or dedicated gig where I can be home more often and still make a decent paycheck.

Knight has an uncanny knack for hiring lazy whining drivers who'd complain if you hung them with a new rope. If you aren't afraid of working and can make your appointment times (even with load planning that sometime puzzles me)you can do well here.Communicate with your driver manager and they'll run you,be late on pickups and deliveries and you'll get what you deserve. They have to answer to someone too.Trust me you could do alot worse elsewhere.

I dont blame knight for firing you if you are fighting with their customers. It wont be long before you complain about youre current carrier,if you have not already. Dave i respect your opinions but instead of complaining about any company, offer all our new drivers your knowledge and drivin skills you have. Its just more valuable to them and allow them to form thier own opinion. Be safe out there to all drivers.... Dont stay out to long thier are people @ home who love you!

Did you search all the old Knight threads just for fun or are you just some Knight flunkie working in the office doing damage control and trying to recruit new victims??

For the record, I admit I misbehaved and earned my termination!!!

Your Knight dickspatcher called ME to offer ME my old job back!!!

I am done playing the ignorant steering wheel holder for Knight! The entire family doesn't have enough money to convince me to come back.

If You are REALLY a driver with 17 years of experience, you wouldn't be wasting your time with Knight!!! Also I do offer my REAL 16 years of experience to the newbies. , what do you bring to the table other more Knight propaganda???
