I once made $1,200 in one week at knight. But it never happened again. I know i could do it again now knowing how the systematic machine turns at knight transport out of Phoenix AZ, if i were ever to return.

Ok sorry you are married to or have another family
Member that's a knight dispatcher, load planner, etc.
The only people I know that do good there have friends
Or family on the inside and they get to pick and choose
The good loads otherwise get ready to bend over and take
The "lance" with a smile and still try to pay your bills
On less than 500 a week. Drive 150 miles between both ways
Between Memphis and Conway, AR in your car on your
Dime just to have sometime( company policy: can't take
Your truck home for sometime). They will use your truck while
U are on hometime as a loaner truck for others in the shop so
Clean out your truck when u go home unless u want
Things to go missing as some knight drivers have
Sticky fingers. Don't ever plan on taking more than three
Days off even for a medical purpose, family death, etc. They
Will try get around FMLA as much as possible w/o
Breaking the law.
Sounds like a great company to work for where do I
Sign up to "get behind the K"
Be safe out there drivers

I think their time-off issues are off the wall. Okay they own the truck, sure it belongs to them. However I love how they make drivers clean their truck out if taking off more than 3 days. Have you ever been too a Knight yard that did not have any less then 50 trucks available. Some are waiting on service. Even more are cleaned out because the guy just quit. Now Joe Driver pulls in after a MONTH on the road and he has to clean his truck out so the stupid Knight idiots can use it. They have plenty of trucks to use. They just can't believe a driver would go on hometime and actually come back so it's their way of saying "take your trash with you."
BTW I never had to clean out mine. Even when I went on vacation. Yes vacation.....they were once tolerable. Not anymore.

I can't stand this auto fill in the word thing..."sometime"
In my post above is supposed to be hometime in both cases
In that particular sentence.

I hear all the old knight drivers that were with them from the start
Up to about 6 years ago say that knight was a great company and
Really did care about the drivers. What happened?
Guess one house and one jet was not enough for the Big K Kevin knight
