    Looks like I'm headed to work for Knight Trans Starting in November.
    Hope all goes well. I'll try to keep a log of the experience. Any trainers on this board? Any tips?

    :biggrin_25512::biggrin_25512::biggrin_25512:

    Dude, don't do it!!!

    There are loads of threads on here detailing why.
    Sure some of the complaints are exaggerated, but when you see the same issues being raised again and again.......

    I live in Rochester, I could come over and KNOCK SOME SENSE INTO YOU!!!

    ^^^^^^^a little bit

    with squire i was doing about 8000 miles a month, with knight im doin about 10,000-11,000 a month

    squire would give me about 3-4 days off
    knight im gettin about 2 1/2 days off

    both of em do the short & long hauls

    squire would let me take the truck home...lived 16 miles out
    knight=nope, unless u live within a couple miles

    squire even sent me east once, almost went again
    knight, im mostly runnin the 3-6 western states

    everyonce in a while i'll b dispatched on a load,on my way 2 the shipper, then they'll change it up on me & give me a different load.....then i gotta stop & write all that stuff down.....

    I'll be in Indianapolis. Start Tuesday for orientation. Dave I know what you said and I did look at the posts here, but nobody else seemed to want to hire me. Well, I'll keep posting the good, the bad and the ugly.

    dump as in mudhole for a yard, or is the terminal a dump? Is that where squire holds their training and orientation?
