Take the job. Make some money. Keep your family happy. See them often.

    Don't fight with dm.

I will say that the Columbus yard is not the greatest....very small. Never met any of the poeple there so i can't say anything about them. Knight has plenty of faults, but their greatest strength is getting you home. You ask to go home for a few days, it's no problem. I was in NC on Tuesday, asked to go home for the weekend in MI and got there. It was a little later than I wanted, but I did make the event with my family that I was trying to get to. Money has been good, not great or spectacular, but still good. My dispatchers in Indy are good. Don't have many complains about them. Biggest issue with this company is pay rate and lack of trailers. All that being said, all companies have their issues.

I Heard So Far The Refrigerated Division Runs Alot Of Miles But They Don't Sleep.. All That Driver Manager B.S They Are Really Baby Sitters.. It's The Planners.. They Make & Break.. Those Gulfport Mississippi Drivers Get Some Real Crappy Miles I Honestly Think They Get The Scraps.. Atlanta Is Lazy Also.. But I Respect Indianapolis Driver I Always Go Head To Head With Them On The Highway...lmao
