My husband is going to make a change from Arnold (former Link) finally. Miles and pay just not consistent. Toss up is two offers are Conway Truckload and Knight Dry?

First let me say I'm not a big fan of large companies to begin with, having said that I tend to judge companies based on what kind of people I see crawling out of their trucks. Based on this twisted system I would have to say con way would be my choice. Best of luck to you.

Find out what carrier hauls beer out of the Budweiser plant in Jacksonville. Last I was there it was JB Hunt and probably still is. The 7,8,9 hundred dollars a week he brings home there while being home daily will be a lot more than Knight would ever pay.
RizenPhoenix and mje Thank this. -
If you do go with conway should give them my referral notice. Grate thing about conway is you accept the load on your pay week (Monday-Sunday pays out next Friday) it gets thrown on that week so you can get a 4000 mile week but next week will b shorter cuz you still finishing out last week. Conway you can call a number they give you and see we're on the board you are so you know what your time frame is ruffle. New trucks with conway 3 yrs old and they dispatch at 48 mph so you r never late for a load and in the 2 months I've been here they only told me I couldn't deliver early because it was Labor Day. Referal number is m9718. If your gonna join the company some one might as well get a referral for it lol. Free money out if the company's pocket
