I'm almost positive that May Trucking, out of Salem Oregon, does western regional.

Grab a lawn chair and find somewhere comfy to sit and watch the traffic on 99. Write down the names of the trucks that go by. There's your list.

    NoeDavid and MrIT Thank this.

Knight will allow you to do western regional as soon as you finish training, a lot of other companies say they offer it but you may have to wait till a position opens. They also have a terminal in Tulare so would be easy to your home time while your truck is being serviced.
