Zonar 2020, Lord have mercy!

Looks like Zonar is pushing out a bug fix update today. Will be interesting to see if it fixes issues some people have been having

 

They changed the message screen and a few other screens, They need to give us a brightness dimmer button when driving, also a delete button in the #### messaging app and a way to disable there useless Navigation app as it keeps going there EVERYTIME i move the freaking truck.

 

If only they would change the volume buttons to be able to change the brightness while driving..

 

Some things you would think would be a duh for them, but i guess with them not sitting behind the wheel testing there product they just dont have a clue. Overall i like the system for the most part. We need a way to send them feedback. There simple functions to implement.

 

well one thing that will be coming out in the next update is a delete button for the messages. It will no longer be on the "14 day" old message auto delete system. We will be able to delete them on our own accord. They are also working on a couple other fixes right now to help things go along smoother. They recommend that if we have any comments, questions or complaints to call their 1 800 number and let them know so they can put it on the schedule. We have alll complained enough about the messaging delete issue and they listened!

 

I have delete but not reply. Open

I have delete but yes, no 'reply'. Open a message and delete is there in upper right. Had mine since mid December and aside some initial burps and some wheezing, no issues. Sometimes location makes it go wacky a little but always comes back. I like mine just fine.

 

I have had little to no problems with the Zonar, once and a while it wont take my loaded call but even the old system did that. As for the delete button its had one sense Feb. The one thing I don't do on the Zonar is type a message as its extremely slow and I can type alot faster then it can processed, this tho was rectified this last up day with the Phone app as you can now type a message back just as easy as a text message.
