Add in the new ZONAR system, and it's such a laughable company now.

They are going to get sued to go to hourly pay with all the timecard punching people do now.

 

those pips for the zonar fall right off with a decent acid bath or a pocket knife your choice. As for the system it self it has worked fine sense they did a firmware patch. No crashes in weeks now, I'm afriad I might actually start liking this system.

i have 3 friends here running reefer division and 1 in dry van and all clearing $1,000 a week or more after taxes and all very happy employees. Happy with their trucks, pay, home time and happy with how they are treated.

Have another friend who recently left due to a divorce and child custody needs and needing to be home to spend time with his kid, that was a trainer in the reefer division and he was very happy there and enjoyed his job a lot.

 

I was happy while I was there too. Left because of needing to be home for my daughters wedding and sons graduation among other things. Was considering going back there, but the lack of apu's, inverters, and the ability to idle the truck when necessary have stopped me cold.
