I would also like to clarify that I worked in billing, not pay roll, I billed the customers.

That is why you have a filing system, and keep everything. Treat your employment (and your finances,) as if it is a business. IT IS.

No what you don't see is people "complaining" when they accidentally add money (And yes it does happen).. This is where people get smart and S.T.F.U. so it don't get noticed. When they get shorted tho the world explodes.

I can't believe this company still has the same payroll issues it had 8 years ago.

You show me a company that doesn't have payroll problems, I will call you a genius. All of them do. Just because you have it at company a doesn't mean everyone else will and vice versa.

If you said "...show me a trucking company that doesn't have payroll problems..." I would totally agree. Because almost every other industry manages to pay their employees correctly the vast majority of the time.

1st of all...knight payroll consisten screws payroll up...I've seen it firsthand what they do and I'll be the first to say..they're attempting to steal drivers money...they claimed they didn't have a scale ticket to reimburse me but when I walked into the office at Phoenix moments later I found that they had the scale ticket stapled to the bol and transflo sheet...

They send out Qualcomm msgs to the owner operators weekly saying to check your settlements and make sure you didn't get double charged for fuel and your trips paid...only a company that knowingly steals payroll would consistently say that...I worked/leased with them for nearly 2y and it was 3 out 4 weeks aa month I would have to call and ask where my $$ is....there's a reason why back in December of 2013 they moved payroll out of the Phoenix terminal to a new corporate office in North phoenix with no truck parking...and last but not least my last dispatcher on the dedicated I was on who's been with them for 17yrs stated it's been like that since he started...and all this time the same thing going on...they're thieves.

As I understand there have been some mishaps, but if Knight was so terrible at payroll tracking and stealing money, why have they continued to grow as they have done? Wouldn't the drivers up and left by now? Can't say that I have had issues. The only issue I have had is waiting 2 weeks for receipt reimbursement, but that is it.

Topic just keeps going round and round with no one listening. Some people have issues some people dont. Moral of the story so far in this thread is check your pay checks and make sure they are accurate. Just as you should be doing no matter where the hell your employed.

Beat that dead horse, beat it goooooddddd.
