Yesterday on the 18 they had a load for 273 miles(flatbed) and started at 800.00. by the late afternoon they couldn't get it covered so it went up to 1248.00. By the time I was available and called back, it was gone. This was in California.

Hi Ed, I understand your post.
We even have a broker site.
Even on our broker side, the lds. posted many not be the greatest.
These are lds. posted after other firms we use do not want the lds. due to not needing to go to the area the ld. is going or such.
I'm just venting how lds. that size are trying to be moved for such a low rate.
I see now they are gone off the board.
Hopefully the low rate ahuler loses his arse on it....
Those are not even a break even ld...
Just my thoughts.
