Look I'm just tired of the hidden agenda. I'm thinking about lease with y'all. But I been driving for 8 yrs and just became an owner operator. Fuel and maintenance program. I got my own truck because I got tired of the forced loads and no say on what you want to do. So 9 times out of 10 I might go with them and I am a person that's not afraid of change so if it don't pan out then I guess I will be moving on like its not working put with Greatwide.

Just a process where the recruiter boss looks over all the paperwork to make sure everything is done correctly.

Do you have to pay for the eobr's or is that part of the lease?

I don't know how the new EOBR policy works? would have to get with the orientation people on that. I do know if you put it in voluntary you don't pay if its mandatory you get charged for it.

Pretty much your in, when they send you for your drug screen and inspection and orientation date its a done deal! welcome and good luck!

Well I've said it before, here its a Big Boy Company, Its a bit rough getting to know the system the first 3-6 months. They set you up with all the tools and support you need. The biggest issue I see with new leases are they come from forced dispatch companies and stumble find there own loads and good agents to work with, or they get complacent with home time and get the case of Laziness.

Nope, we've been with LS for two years. We used to be with CRST. We had to hit that running. We hit LS the same. We ran into brick walls. What support?

Oh wait! You drive a van? We find our loads, just fine. I'm a little pissed at bad agents, just now. Can I name him and claim him? We still got most of our money.

Just because we've only been here for 3 years doesn't mean we don't understand how this works. My daddy was one of those "Big Boys", in a "Big Boy Company". You *wish* you were part of that group. Using that phrase makes you a person I don't want to know.

The old-timers and brat pack never announce themselves. We find them, just fine.

Don't pull a Van HEAVY HAUL MULTI AXLES, Just ask your husband, we spent a weekend in St Augustine together.
Its rather strange your op verses his of LS. When you get out there let me know. There have been many here that have extended a hand to help you and you've slapped them. Ive emailed you an agent list and tried to help you out as well as OZR, forty, autocar ect ect. Maybe you should drive your husband truck and go back to CRST where they hold your hand and spoon feed you loads! You have a nice day I hope things get better for you

    Rollin stone Thanks this.
