    pratical miles? I currently work for Crete and we get paid practical miles and our current OOR is well below 4%. Which does Landstar Pay?

    Landstar doesn't pay you per mile. You are a Business Capacity Owner (BCO). You get paid by the load and discuss your rates with the agents. You make the call on route, miles, etc.
