Yeah Vegas, that's true about Schneider. It's cheaper for the company to run their co trucks longer for the quicker turnaround. I was running tanker and my last 2 weeks was getting jammed up with loading and places that had a first come unloading. It would have been nice to know that. Also I started out with relays where you hooked preloaded and dropped them for the local drivers to unload. That lasted for bout 2 months. Those van drivers will get all the heavy snow routes offered for the next 2 months. Watch.

my wife and I team and own our own truck. we are currently lease on with Schneider and they just started a choice program for o/o teams. prior to that we were on mileage. we both submitted our applications with LS and are waiting for a reply. my question is can a team do good with land star? Schneiders team choice program absolutely sucks! not enough loads and they don't pay. even prior to that I did schneiders solo choice program and did ok. my motto is I drive to live not live to drive. would greatly appreciate any feedback!

Yes teams can do fine.......there is team freight, then there is freight that may be 8-900 miles that a team can deliver the next day......
