Can they be trusted?

I don't have a problem with my earnings. I have a problem with the box dumbing down on me. I'm in Florida and I don't know if it's a company problem or a satellite problem or what but my entire fleet is experiencing problems with these things regularly. Just today my box wouldn't change macro ... for 10 MINUTES. This occurred twice today. When I departed the shipper and hit "change macro" the thing didn't actually change until I was 10 minutes into my trip and already started a paper log of which I've found myself doing more frequently just to cma when the box goes screwy.
