Not what I meant if directed toward me general lee. But I'd bet a million if I had it if you hit in a deadly accident your fault or not. I know the dot/police can get records from your cell carrier to verify where and when you been certain places. So go ahead and believe your not able to be tracked. Now I hate it also. My new truck being tracked by manufacture for many things. I asked and preferred it not be and I know when to get serviced etc.....but that's the way it's built. Can't do nothing about it. But I surely not getting EOBR until law changes . Good luck no matter what you do . Stay safe!!
