Landstar is a good company to work for if your a owner operator
if you drive for one then thats another story

was with ranger in 1999 flats,and vans there tire loads were dirt cheap
the the hazmat payed well

express america drove a straight truck had lots of fun until my owner lost all his class a drivers and had to drive a semi agin then i hated it
but landstar is still the best just find the right agents and make some money

I agree 100%. We work for Landstar Express. We have about (20) agents that we work very close with. A great company, but you have to work hard for it to work for you. Take the good loads with the bad ones. Especially with the high cost of fuel now. Learn to do favors for agents, and they will remember you with better loads.
