Yeah, Dirt bikes mostly. I do some track riding on the CBR1000RR.
I'm into Supermoto right now. Best of both worlds.

I used to move like the wind, Now I also drive a truck! LOL

I worked as an o/o for Landstar for 3 years. If you pull a van like I did I promise you that over 80% of all their van freight is double brokered from another broker or logistics company. any time you call an agent for a posted load and he says "let me see if its still available" its third party freight. In the 12 monts prior to me leaving I grossed approx $240,000 to them and my cut was $180,000. believe me,you can get authority, and all insurance for around $12,000 and put the rest where it belongs,in your pocket. They used to be a good company but I wouldn't go back and I don't think you should hire on.

Sounds about right. I have a question for you, out of the $12,000 that you posted what would be the breakdown on that?

$240,000 pulling a Van is great. But you're are right about that being a thing of the past.

$240,000 pulling a Flatbed is tough over the past year and it looks like that is even going to go down for this year. At least that's the way it looks right now.

I think that they have found the minimum rates for freight for O/O's and they are taking advantage of that this winter for sure.

Chiricahua couldn't make it at CRST, or any trucking company.

Why quote a 5 ½ year old post just to be a prick?

That user hasn’t even posted on the forums since 2011 and the post you quoted was from 2008.
